Right out of the box my first impression was well built, great design, and easy to set up. These will be a great filler for my spread and the metal stake will make short work out of the most frozen ground. I purchased 100 of these socks and they are awsome. However on a fair few of them some of the stitches were undone making the side of the sock open up. I contacted tanglefree and they are shipping me some replacement socks. The socks that are properly stitches together are great quality and look awsome!

Right out of the box you can tell these socks are made different. Super tough sock material, great paint scheme. The stake is strong and the ring at the top makes it super easy to push into the ground. I also like that the stakes are a bit thicker, so that you can use just one hand in deployment, as in they don’t bend and wobble when hitting the ground.
